Can we change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at the start of the next billing cycle. Employee limits apply to active records.
What is quarterly billing?
Pay once every 3 months. Quarterly is about 10% less than paying month to month.
Is there a setup fee?
Starter and Growth have no setup fee if you configure the product yourself. Own Setup is a paid implementation — we quote after understanding your offices, policies, and data.
What does Own Setup include?
A scoped implementation: company/office structure, roles, leave and attendance rules, optional data migration, and training. Talk to us for the custom setup cost.
Do you store data in India?
Production data is hosted on infrastructure you configure with your team. We can discuss region and retention during onboarding.
What if we exceed the employee limit?
We will notify you before you hit the cap. You can move to the next plan or add an Enterprise overlay.
