Operational, not ornamental
Screens exist to complete a job: check in, approve leave, verify a document, close an expense. We keep the interface quiet so work stays visible.
About
HRM started as an internal operations system: employees, offices, attendance, leave, and audit. It is now a product for teams that have outgrown spreadsheets but do not want a heavyweight suite.
Most HR tools either stop at employee directories or bury day-to-day work under modules nobody uses. We built the opposite: a single workspace for records, time, leave, expenses, teams, projects, and leads — with a permission model that matches real org charts.
The product is used by company admins, HR, reporting managers, and employees. Each role sees a different surface. Sensitive actions are logged. Leave and attendance follow calendar dates in IST, not the server’s timezone.
Screens exist to complete a job: check in, approve leave, verify a document, close an expense. We keep the interface quiet so work stays visible.
HR, managers, finance, and employees should not share the same view. Roles, permissions, and company scoping are first-class.
IST calendars, office-level shifts, document KYC, and leave types that match how local teams already run payroll-adjacent HR.
A short demo is enough to decide. Bring your leave policy and office hours.
